This episode is all about Vox's reimagining of their classic 60s amps. First up, there's the stripped-down AC30S1, with a single Top Boost derived channel and significantly less weight than a 'full fat' AC30. Joining it is the diminutive but potent Mini Super Beetle, powered by a blend of solid state power stage and NuTube preamp a very cool piece of tech that is effectively a flat, compact, quiet and cool triode valve, derived from Vacuum Fluorescent Display technology.
