My last visit to an exhibition for a while was to the one organised by the Romsey & District Railway Modellers Society, held over the weekend of 2nd/3rd March 2024. Many thanks to the organisers and exhibitors for an interesting and enjoyable few hours. A fictional location somewhere on the South Coast in the early 1950s. 11:52 Sillhurst - N gauge - Adrian Scott. Small branch line terminus statio0n and goods yard in the late steam/early diesel era. 16:08 Brian's Continental - N gauge - Brian Flakes. A German town station with a goods yard and branch lines. 18:30 Quay Street - N gauge. 1970s British Railways and London Transport rolling stock. 22:28 Romsey & Halterworth - Lego - Stuart Jones. Based on the busy junction at Romsey during the 1970s to mid-1980s. 26:12 Ashwood End - N gauge - Gordon Homer. Small town station and branch line. 28:14 Hirson Bellevue - H09 gauge - Howard Coulson.
