The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to build a fence around her property to protect her dogs from wildlife. She claims she paid him and he disappeared without finishing the job. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant claims he completed most of the work and says the plaintiff was so paranoid that she followed him to the hospital when he went there for an eye infection.
