Prahok Ktis ប្រហុកខ្ទិះ is a creamy Cambodian dip made of herbs, minced meat, and prahok. Prahok is fermented fish paste and is the heart and soul of Cambodian cuisine. It gives dishes a complex savory and umami flavor (similar to role of anchovies and cheese in foods).
