We will be replacing both the mid-bass driver and tweeter for a much better audio quality experience. This video applies to GMC / Chevrolet (Chevy) Sierra / Silverado / Suburban / Yukon / Tahoe / Avalanche models for years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. This video also includes door trim and speaker removal, wiring, installation, and testing. NOTE: This vehicle was NOT equipped with Bose. If you have Bose, and are RETAINING the factory Bose amplifier, you will need a 2 ohm speaker in the front door. If bypassing or replacing the factory amp, any 5.25" or 6.5" 4 ohm speaker will work fine.
