The design goes for a minimal approach, with a subtle flair to it. Although there isn't any foam option, this board definitely does not need it. Given that this is a tadpole mount and I am using the aluminum plate, the board has a slightly stiffer typing experience. Nonetheless, this doesn't bother me and I actually quite enjoy the typing experience. The board is very well rounded and I actually think you are getting more than what you pay for at this price point. The anodization is comparable to Geon and the sound signature isn't hollow at all. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and layout.
