Its typically made by braising a choice of meat with aromatics, and vegetables, while the peanut mixture of water, and a blend of vegetables are cooked separately, and then both meat and peanut mixture are combined, and cooked again over an extended period! This soup preparation can be arduous, and time consuming. However, this recipe has made the preparation quite precise, while not skimping on flavor! Peanut butter soup is often paired with fufu, mashed rice, boiled African yams, or even without a pairing, just on its own. Enjoy this recipe!
