In this video I will show you how to save the game with cheats activated. All you have to do is turn on cheats then autosave before doing the mission "Angelo Bronte, A man of honor." After you turned on autosave you need to do the mission normally and after the mission the game should autosave. Load the autosave and go to bed to skip the gang party after you wake up you should have a letter from Mary you need to pick it up or do any stranger mission and you should be able to normally save the game. Also, after you do this glitch you can no longer earn trophies for the playthrough you did this glitch. This glitch can't be done with mission replay.
