Why 'Why Not?' by LOOΠΔ sounds weird, and why I like that.

'Why Not?' is probably my favorite Loona song (and one of my favorite K-pop songs in general), but I was quite confused by it on first listen. Only over time I started to realize the whole point of the song, which I have now decided to try to explain here through a (probably botched) low level musical analysis. This video has been a long time in the making, partly because I wanted to wait out the BBC mess. With the situation slowly clearing up, and us even getting some new music through Odd Eye Circle, it is time for an installment of "Ringelgollum rants about K-pop songs he likes because no one else does".
