This is the coldest day of filming - or fishing period - that we've personally experienced. It was 27 below zero when we got out the truck to hike a 1/2 mile across the lake to set up. No hut, keeping it simple...and cold! Good thing the fish played nice while host Chad LaChance got a lesson on only his second ice fishing trip ever. Guest is Nate Zelinski and this was filmed back in 2010. yes it's in SD but the information is still very relevant and the lake still fishes great.
