Most modern recipes will call for Giffard or Tempus Fugit. Giffard Banane Du Bresil Liqueur $33-$35: Simply the best. It has a nice ripe banana flavor without being overripe. Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane Liqueur $35-$40: It's very good and will sub in for any banana liqueur, but I still prefer the Giffard and it's not that close. Drillaud Banana Liqueur $20: If you like the taste of pure artificial banana, this one is for you! 99 Bananas $10: Might be better than the Drillaud, but still not a comparable substitute for the Giffard or Tempus Fugit.
