As the name would suggest, truly a landmark! the Landmark pinnacle is the tallest residential building in London and one of the tallest in Europe. Boasting 75 Floors, 4 gardens within the structure and thousands of different plant species - its an impressive addition to the London skyline. Raaft were lucky to work alongside Chalgrove property developers and Valley Provincial where the Raaft full terrace system was used as a structural base for the planters, benching, Decking, Tiles and Resin bond. Level 27. A play park, but with a difference. Over 3,500 different plant species and oh, 27 stories high so still has stunning views of the London skyline. Our Full terrace system was used throughout this area. Level 75. Two terraces, one Raaft terrace system. Installed through as a support for the Natural stone paving and the Terrafina decking. Trays were installed under the planters as a base.
