Saturday arm wrestling exercises. Pronation and cup

Two days in a row at 94.5 was feeling great, so I decided to try 97lb on pronation today and it wasn't terrible. Form could be a lot better. Also bumped up the wrist wrench lift to 84.5lb, which wasn't bad either but needs to be polished. I didn't increase riser, or bother filming it, because it's still the same and I didn't want to increase something, not knowing if I could actually hit the lift or not. Just don't need to be failing lifts, so I played it safe. Things still feel like they are pretty steady. Getting used to the high volume of these lifts. I feel like I'll sit at this for a couple of days to get it where the 2 lifts are smoother.
