The Evil Team: Pokemon Music Concept

sorry if the visuals are a little weird I didn't know what to put! I have had this musical concept for an evil team in Pokemon for so long—and it’s finally here! I wanted to play with leitmotifs mainly, as it would tie into the story of the game. Below I’ve explained my crazy-ish thoughts and wishes :) I uploaded the other day the grunt battle music, so this adds the encounter theme and it’s relationship to the leader’s them. The leader’s theme was my fanmade rendition of what I thought Oleana’s theme would be before Sword and Shield were released, and I just liked the sound of it so wanted to expand on that musical world of evil teams. The idea is for a Sonia-esque character to literally be the nicest person and not have any hints of being evil (*cough cough* Oleana cough Lusamine) so thats where you have the good encounter music. Maybe they give you your starter or something, or own a Pokeball company that everyone in the region uses but they end up controlling everyone’s Pokemon in order to rule the world or something? Who knows—just throwing ideas out there. However a big plot twist reveals that this friend of yours that you’ve had along the journey ends up being the vil mastermind/puppetmaster behind the big scheme! Gasp! I’ve wanted some story to genuinely shock me (and I know it’s Pokemon) but I don’t see why not like give us a cool blindside or something. Anyways, then you get that evil encounter music which has nods to the evil team grunt main theme which is only then intensified when the leader’s battle theme is a combo of both themes. The leitmotif of the good theme mixing with the evil team theme would be a cool melodic and symbolic way of showing the betrayal in the story and the revelation of the “good guy” actual intents. I thought a lot about this, and my idea may seem kinda crazy. I have no idea what kind of team they’d be..something futuristic to match the techno-y music but who knows!
