Sul sul friends! Welcome back to another Sims 4 speed build! This week, I built a professor's laboratory house near the coastline with a stacked house like The Burrow, but with a laboratory inside. The exterior was intentionally made to look shabby and worn-out, while the interior was styled with an industrial look, yet still warm and cozy. I had so much fun building this without any restrictions on specific packs. Please note that this build may not be suitable for those who don't like over-cluttered designs. For this build, I did not use any custom content or mods. However, I did make use of the 'moveobjects' cheat.
