Is this the most scenic road in Yorkshire?

In this video, we're back in Dentdale riding a road recommended by one of our friends. Thornton Lane is a single track road running from Ingleton to Dent through some of the most amazing scenic landscapes. We'd already tried and really enjoyed riding Oddie's Lane, another single track road from Ingleton to Dent but this road really is something special. Highly recommended. Our ride continues up into Cumbria to Tebay where we head back south along the A685, another very scenic road which crisscrosses the M6 as it winds its way back into the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Our ride ends at Devil's Bridge in Kirkby Lonsdale. You can download the GPX file for this ride from our group on MyRouteApp. Simply search for the Vet and Beanie group.
