FFXI: The Warrior and the Mage

The Warrior, the Mage and the Taru. A visual story. I've had the idea of this story on my mind for years but never had the means to produce it. Based very loosely on 'A Little FFXI Story' by Chia from years ago, I wanted a sense of nostalgia even tho this was created some 23 years after the release of the game. I was originally going to title ths 'The Warrior, the Mage and the Hero', the Warrior being the Hume standing in town, the Mage who always looks out for the Taru and the Taru who is ultimately the Hero of this story as we follow him on his quest to become a better Warrior. He clearly has some downfalls as we all do but always and eventually end up getting to that treasure coffer. All scenes in black and white represent his struggles in the past. Any scene regarding the WAR artifact equipment are in colour. We've all examined other characters to look at their gear and wondered 'How do I get that?' That is basically what this story is about. I had to actually take my main char and my mule thru the WAR artifact quests to make this video. Although there were no threat at all (both chars being Lv99) I'm sure many of you will have had similar experiences as our little Hero. Hope you enjoyed it.
