This issue should cover over the rest of the Crossfire model years as well as the Mercedes-Benz SLK320. Don't let a locksmith charge you 1000's to fix this issue and don't let the dealer tell you, you need to come to them in order to do this job. The ignition module is separate from the key/ignition switch, so you don't need there computer to recode the module. If you are mechanically inclined you should be able to do this fix.
