Alison Watkins is one of only four women in Australia to be running an ASX Top 50 company. She put ASX-listed GrainCorp on the map as Australia's leading international agribusiness player, and reached similar heights at Berri Limited, McKinsey & Company and as a director of Woolworths and ANZ. She is now at the helm of Coca-Cola Amatil that has a market cap of $7.6billion. Alison is a force for change. Since 2014, she's negotiated a US$500m deal with US Coca-Cola, raised over $75k sleeping rough for Vinnies, and is flavouring the research agenda as a non-executive Director of the Centre for Independent Studies. Whilst celebrating the 100th birthday of the Coca-Cola bottle and strengthening operations in Indonesia will be highlights of 2015, Alison faces significant challenges and opportunities in an increasingly competitive and changing marketplace.
