This engine is a single cylinder engine. Its cylinder has 12.5mm bore with depth of about 100mm which makes it 12.2cc engine. Bigger flywheel is fitted to engine to increase the moment of inertia and greater power. the flywheel is 100mm in diameter and the inner holes are made from 40mm hole saw. this engine has a sturdy and durable crankshaft which is made from 10mm thick and 6 inches long threaded bolt. connecting rods are made from 1.5mm iron plate. valve is made from 20mm rod with 11.8mm bore and its piston is 11.77mm approx. with single acting arrangement. To run this engine I used the boiler that I had made in the previous video. This engine started working at about 7.5psi pressure. I hope you all enjoyed the video.
