Wii Sports Resort Golf (18 Holes) | -30 *World Record*

Hello everyone, just nine days after my -29 I got probably my last improvement on the 18 Holes course. Im still surprised I got it so fast, I didnt even get a second -29 yet. I think this round shows with more luck a -31 would be humanly possible, but I am more than satisfied with the -30 and I am not planning to grind further on (for now)... The first 9 Holes (Resort) were similar to my old record, but on Hole 9 I had bad wind and couldnt get the eagle. The Classic 9 Holes also went great, but I almost choked it on hole 14. -------------------- This round was played on the 13th June 2022. The video has some cuts, because I paused the game several times and especially in the beginning I sometimes took really long for my next shots because I was watching some streams while playing. I uploaded a completely uncutted version of my recording:    • Wii Sports Resort Golf (18 Holes) Wor...   I also uploaded footage which shows me getting an eagle to prove I am playing on regular console (its probabely obvious if you watch my streams anyway):    • First take I swear   --------------------- Some comments and thoughts on the individual holes: Hole 3: The wind didnt allow me on the green after my second shot. With my second shot I tried to line up my third shot as parallel to wind as possible, so a chip in is easier to get. Hole 4: I know how to play with 0 wind under these condition to get the Hole in One and tried to adapt, but I just missed it. Hole 5: Not the best hole to get 0 wind. To get a good distance for my flag chip I needed less than full power on my second shot. Hole 6: The Driver strat is working well especially for this pin. I took long time for my shot (cutted out) to avoid what I call "power lag". With power lag I mean an effect that happens if you play the driver or spoon (3wood) on the second shot of hole 6. The game will sometimes overpower your shot heavily, even if your practice swings are totally fine. That cost me some good rounds before. As far as I know it doesnt happen on WiiU and only on Wii. I experienced waiting really long for your shot decreases the chances for this lag to happen. Hole 7: Since a few weeks I started to play with the 3 or 5 Iron on the middle and right pin when I reached the fairway island. Its really important to bounce on the rough to get the perfect power. I am getting way more chip ins with this strat than before. Hole 9: Unlucky with the wind here, thats why I called the video the "almost" perfect round. I lined up my third shot very well for this pin, but still missed the chip in. Hole 10: Well known conditions for me, I knew exactly what to do. Hole 14: I wanted to play slightly less than full power but I underpowered way too much, so the first tree catched me. I aimed left side of the bunker with the hope to end up on the green with my second shot. Despite landing on the fairway the shot went well under the circumstances. From there I decided to play the wedge. Hole 16: The bounce over the bunker was lucky! I knew this can happen with this wind but I actually tried to get my shot left of the bunker to be safe. Hole 17: I instantly recoginzed the conditions on this hole. I remembered it, because I have seen a yt-video from "drdigg" where he got the Hole in One with no aim adjust. So I paused the game and watched the video to get the power right.
