I am currently volunteering on a property in North France called Chateau Bellenau. I'm working in their garden for 7 hours a day in exchange for housing and food. This gives me about 4 or 5 hours a day for Kung Fu Training at this beautiful ancient garden and Castle/Chateau. I really wanted to practice my Kung Fu Weapons and this video shows how I made my own Bo Staff and some moves all Beginner Kung Fu and Martial Arts students should practice! Enjoy! The Staff, Bo, or Bo Staff of Kung Fu is also the most compassionate weapon of the Chinese Martial Arts because it can fight in combat without killing everyone it touches. The Bo Staff can block, parry, deflect, smack, break, knockout, and thrust stopping your opponent without killing them.
