The valve in this video was returned by a customer who said the valve was not operating properly. You can tell the valve was not working right by how much play there was in stem. This is a big indicator something was going on. They tried removing the handle in the field and ended up damaging the stem. The valve is repairable. The cost of this valve is around $500 to $600 USD.
