At June 26th 2017 I received my boat "Kathrina", a 1989 Bayliner 2556 Ciera (Fly) from the pre owner in Koblenz. On the trip to Mannheim straight up the Rhine, where my berth was, I had an unvolontary stay of 3 weeks at the Funboat Marina in St. Goar, cause of unconveniant problems with the engine. Here I took a little video of a room tour on that boat. Later, from 2020 it should throughgoing a restauration, to make anything new. It's still in progress, but an end will come in a couple of months. Here it shows before the refit, after about 30 years in use by 2 owners before me. Within the coming 5 years from buying there will be much changes, outside and inside! Ich habe die Kathrina am 26. Juni 2017 vom Vorbesitzer in Koblenz übernommen. Auf der Überführungsfahrt nach Mannheim bin ich für 3 Wochen im Hafen der Funboat Marina in St. Goar "gestrandet". Hier ist ein kleiner Rundgang um und auf dem Boot, noch lange vor dem Refit! Es sieht alles noch ziemlich abgerockt aus. Wie es nunmal aussieht auf einem alten Boot, das mehrere Jahre gelangweilt hinter einer Garage auf einem Trailer gestanden hat und seitdem zum erstenmal wieder im Wasser ist. Das soll sich aber in den nächsten 5 Jahren gründlich ändern!
