So maximum arc abilities is the way to go, with lightning surge alongside arcane needle and storm grenades being the obvious choice. For jolt go with a voltshot weapon. While stormtrance will be extended and self sustain conduction tines song of flame is the way to go. This will still last for a longer duration while under the effect of conduction tines and you can refresh this in super by using voltshot weapons.
