STRUCTURE • Area sizes: Large 48x70 | Medium 40x60 | Small 32x50 • Arrange the pitch as shown in the video. Place four (4) mannequins, as shown in the video. Divide the pitch into four (4) zones and place four (4) small goals at either end of the pitch. • The practice requires eight (8) outfield players. • The practice begins with one team moving the ball between each other. They must take a minimum of two (2) touches, and after five (5) passes, one (1) player can step into the next zone and look to score. • The practice continues with the opposing team starting with the ball. STRESSES • The team in possession can play first time into the goals from anywhere. • Introduce hitting a mannequin for double points with a first-time pass. • PHYSICAL LOAD: Adjust area sizes based on physical outcomes. Use larger areas for high sprints/distances and smaller areas for accelerations/decelerations.
