I recently found a French LP of Muddy from the 25th July 1964 at the L'Olympia Bruno Coquatrix, Paris and found the first 4 tunes I had footage of (thanks to Bob the Juke) as part of the 3 Gospel's Song programmes broadcast by RTF (French TV) in 1964. The LP is at a very slightly different speed to the filmed footage (which was spread across the 3 episodes) so I've spent some time editing & syncing both together to get the best quality audio along with this amazing footage. Fingers crossed footage of the rest of the show surfaces at some point... The Gospel's Song episodes were filmed at the L'Olympia Bruno Coquatrix, Paris on the 25th July, 2 months after the famous Blues Gospel Train was filmed at Wilbraham Road Station, Manchester. The line up was the same including Otis Spann, Cousin Joe Pleasant, Muddy Waters, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, Reverend Blind Gary Davis and Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee.
