Welcome back to our third installment of Katie's Kitchen! This was filmed exactly a year ago for our dear friend Adam's birthday, and we hope you enjoy it. (filmed and edited by Julianne Petersen) _________________ FISH TACO RECIPE 🌮 🐠 _________________ Four parts: Tilapia Slaw Sauce Tortillas Tilapia-I usually buy frozen and thaw in bowl of water •use chile based seasoning (blackened fish seasoning or Cajun seasoning) •cook in cast iron with avocado oil on medium/medium high heat until golden brown (good solid crust on both sides is best for tacos) Slaw: •Bag of slaw mix, then a head of red cabbage (slice long and thin) •bottle of slaw mix add to preference Sauce: Mayo-heavy with this Sour cream-light with this Lime juice Adobo Chiles (add to spice preference) Cilantro Honey Tortillas: Bake in oven to crisp Instructions: Add fish to middle of tortillas, then squeeze lime on fish to freshen, add sauce and slaw on fish, then top with avocado slices.
