It 's a great way to get our brain and hands working together to jump around the neck by forcing ourselves to pay attention to how the notes on the neck are related to each other. It may be difficult at first but once we ingrain these ideas into our practice routine they WILL become effortless. The learning curve is no different than the first scale we ever learned so please take your time with it and be okay with getting frustrated. Every time you mess it up then that just means your brain is making connections to force a memory.
