The valve block solenoids can easily become stuck in the open or closed position as desiccant dust migrates through the compressed air system from the compressor. This fine powder coats and prevents sealing of the solenoids. Cleaning the dust off of the contact surfaces and O-rings can rejuvenate the valve block for use.
