This is a tutorial on how I bling my Starbucks Cups with and without a painted background and also with and without sanding the cup. I use 2 different glues in this tutorial, e6000 for the non sanded cup and liquid fusion for the sanded cup. I also included a tip for when you use your wax tool to pick up rhinestones. Sometimes the tools don't pick up the rhinestones and I give a tip on how to fix that.
