IVF में Hormonal Injection treatment क्या है? इस ट्रीटमेंट में मुख्य रूप से महिलाओंको hormonal injections लेना अनिवार्य है क्योंकि एक natural cycle में महिलाओमें सिर्फ एक ही अंडा तैयार होता है। IVF के माध्यम से डॉक्टर्स कोशिश करते है की एक cycle से महिला के शरीर मेसे सुरक्षित और अधिकतम eggs निकालने की कोशिश करते है। इस कोशिश को अंजाम देने केलिए hormonal injections देना अनिवार्य है। मरीजों को सामान्य से ऊपर की मात्रा (Supraphysiological level) में इसका डोज़ दिया जाता है। ये होर्मोनेस शरीर में naturally भी बनते है , इसलिए ये काफी सुरक्षित है। ये injections या ये होर्मोनेस आपके शरीर में, आपके पेशाब और किडनी से रोज़ बहार निकल जाते है , इसके वजहसे आपके डॉक्टर्स आपको रोज़ इंजेक्शंस के dose देते है। अगर IVF की शुरुवात करेंगे तो दिन में कितने Hormonal Injections लेने चाहिए? भारतीय महिलाओ के लिए करीब करीब 8 - 12 दिन में लेने पड़ सकते है। इन injections को सामनायतः हाथ , पेट या जांघों पे दिया जाता है। शुरुवात में ये इंजेक्शंस 4 - 6 दिन में दिया जाता है। ये इंजेक्शंस कई सारे patients खुद अपने आप , घरपे लेते है। ये 4 - 5 injections सामान्यतः recombinant follicle stimulating hormone (rFSH) और human menopausal gonadotropin (HMG) दिए जाते है। 4 - 6 दिन, injections लेने के बाद डॉक्टर blood test और internal sonography करते है। इस sonograhy में egg growth और size की जांच की जाती है। इसके बाद 2-4 दिन तक और इंजेक्शंस दिए जाते है और फिरसे internal sonography की जाती है जिसके बाद आखरी injection का dose तय किया जाता है जिसको मेडिकल भाषा में Trigger Injection कहा जाता है। ये sonography डॉक्टर्स 3D में करेने की कोशिश करते है। 3D sonography के साथ साथ अगर power doppler या vascularity भी देखने मिले तो IVF Success Rate के बारेमें अच्छी तरह से अंदाजा लगा सकते है। आखरी इंजेक्शन का dose जिसको trigger कहा जाता है , यह इंजेक्शन हर एक केस के हिसाब से तय किया जाता है , लेकिन ये तय करने के बाद तक़रीबन 36-38 घंटे में egg pickup होता है। IVF success rate को बढ़ाने के लिए अगले महत्वपूर्ण factors के बारे में आगे की वीडियो में बात करेंगे . अगले वीडियो में IVF का procedure शुरु होने के बाद Ovum-Pickup / Egg Pick-Up का IVF Success Rate का कितना महत्व है आपके success rate को बढ़ाने केलिए , इसके बारेमें हम बात करेंगे। अधिक जानकारी के लिए डॉ जय मेहता के साथ जुड़े रहिये । For more information, watch the full video.
