"Our State, Our Wellbeing" Program Recap

Carolina Across 100's second program, "Our State, Our Wellbeing," brought together 15 teams from 24 counties across North Carolina. This 12-month initiative worked to identify and implement strategies to improve mental health and reduce the number of suicides in our state. Many of the dedicated advocates who make up the suicide prevention community have personal stories of loss that led them to become involved in this work. All of these stories are meaningful and worthy of sharing. This “Our State, Our Wellbeing” program recap video shares the progress and dedication of these 15 teams. It is woven together through personal stories shared by three local team leaders and through leadership perspective offered from Carolina Across 100 and the Suicide Prevention Institute.
