Can I Ship a Full SodaStream CO2 Cylinder Through the Mail? How?

Hi everybody! It's Mike. Part time reselling in the Pittsburgh area. I picked up a new, sealed SodaStream cylinder at an estate sale and then wondered if I can ship it through the regular mail. It's filled with CO2. After doing some research and asking a couple different places, I think...THINK I know the answer. So watch the video and listen to my advice, but do your own research because I feel this is one of those things where you ask six different people if you can mail it and you'll get six different answers. FedEx: I tried to figure it out, but got frustrated and I don't plan on shipping it FedEx (I've had issues with them) so I stopped trying to figure it out.
