EASY AND JUICY OVEN BAKED CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS STEP BY STEP CLEANING CHICKEN (optional) 9 drumsticks chicken drumsticks (4.055lbs to be exact) 1 lime 1 cup of White distilled vinegar 1/4 cup of lemon or lime juice SEASONING CHICKEN 2 tablespoon of olive oil 1 tablespoons of smoked paprika 2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1 teaspoons of chili powder 2 teaspoon of onion powder 2 teaspoons of garlic powder 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of salt 2 teaspoon slap your mama 2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning southern blend 1/4 cup of JCS Hot pepper sauce Parsley (razzle dazzle ) INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 400° After cleaning and seasoning the chicken as seen in the video. Place chicken in a cooking tray and put it underneath the oven middle rack uncovered at 400° for 30 minutes After 30 minutes remove the chicken from the oven and flip the chicken to the other side then place it back in the oven in the middle rack uncovered at 400° for 30 minutes.
