This video doesn't even begin to explain what health anxiety is and some of the things I've been going through the past year or two. I realised when editing there's a tonne more things I could say, worries and fears I have, ways that I deal with things and even more to my story but through fear of this video being too long and already having filmed this before and deleting the footage, I am just publishing this. I also really become a third person as such when talking about this, I really detach myself from my emotions and realise how emotionless this video may be but that's always been my coping mechanism and in sad situations I laugh and brush stuff off. Even as I'm watching this back, I'm sad and can hear in my voice that when I laugh how much I'm avoiding crying. I wanted to make this to share a little bit of what I go through and what I can only imagine, so many other people go through that don't have a platform like I do. To let anyone out there that may be suffering with health anxiety know that you are not alone, that I do relate as do many others. That things can and will get better.
