My favorite song ever. Supper's Ready was planned to be in the Live 1973 album but was deleted as the band requested it. I decided to use as a backing track the live version of the song that should have been on the album because it's the closest to studio version (compared with Shepperton or Melody), and the only one where Tony is using the Hohner Pianet and not the RMI EP (which I don't own). The ProSoloist is also not used in this version. Played with a late 60's original Hammond L-100 series organ (L162S), Hohner Pianet + Fuzz and Mellotron M400. They all go through Leslie speaker. The settings of the Hammond are exactly the same used by Tony Banks according to the 1973 Live in Bataclan video footage and the Melody 1974 tv show. _______________________________________________ Other : -There is a LOT of tempo variation during the song.
