Create two 3-inch, five balloon clusters by following the steps below: A. Air inflate two 5-inch latex balloons to 3-inches (three pumps) and tie the necks together to make a duplet. Then, Make a second duplet. B. Next, inflate one 5-inch balloon to 3-inches, and tie it into one of your duplets making a three-balloon cluster. Then, twist the duplet and the three-balloon cluster together to make a five-balloon cluster. C. Repeat the above steps to make a second five-balloon cluster. 3. Create two 1-inch duplets for the center of your flowers by following the steps below: A. Air inflate two 5-inch latex balloons to 1-inches (one pump) and tie the necks together to make a duplet. B. Repeat the above step again to create a second 1-inch duplet. 4. Wrap one 1-inch duplet into the center of your flowers. This should force the five “petals” in your flower to lay flat. Want a higher retail? Create a matching base to tie your upgraded balloon into by following the steps below: A. Create one 2-inch quad by inflating all four balloons in the cluster with two pumps. B. Create one 4-inch quad by inflating all four balloons in the cluster with four pumps. C. Stack the two clusters together, with the larger cluster on the bottom. Wrap a 160 or 260 scrap through the two clusters in figure out to hold them together and tie a balloon weight into the bottom, creating weighted base for your upgraded balloon. D. Add a 9-inch or 14-inch pre-inflate to the top of your weighted balloon base by following the steps below: I. Remove the cup attached to the valve of the pre-inflate balloon. II. Using the valve of the pre-inflate balloon, pull the pre-inflate into the top center of your balloon base, and wrap in the pre-inflate valve around the top cluster, in a figure eight.
