In fact, it has changed my life and allowed me to work from anywhere in the world. I have been able to build my own virtual classroom from home, and, more importantly, make money online. But getting started was a little tricky, and, to help some teachers out, I made this video to look into the "10 things I wish I knew before becoming an Online Teacher". In this video, I will talk about 10 common mistakes (and solutions) that could save even the most technically skilled teachers from blunders when teaching online. The goal of identifying these errors is not simply to point out the flaws. The purpose is to learn from these mistakes, overcome them, and offer concrete alternatives to guarantee a quality online education, where students enjoy their learning and are motivated to be permanent learners throughout their lives.
