Bricks I put my shoes on And then I went for a walk I heard the birds sing I saw the leaves fall And the sky turned lighter For every step I took And just like that I walked around the neighborhood Got lost a long time ago But does it even matter when you don’t feel at home In your house it’s just bricks and glass Looks like the other ones I just walked past How should I find my home when there’s a million of them Same red bricks same furbishment So I’ll keep walking for a little while Until I’ll find a place I wanna spend the night My legs are getting tired But I’m not ready to settle down The wind blows in my direction But at least silence is a comforting sound I’ve been walking around for days Tryin walking out of the restricting place I used to live that’s what I did to myself Now I’m on a long search for something else The sky has turned from cold to warm Pretty freezing but I got my moms sweater on Haven't seen reflections in days Finding peace in better ways Feeling so small under the stars Cause the stars can be so diverse The loudest silence I’ve ever heard Like a big warm hug from the universe Got lost a long time ago But does it even matter when you don’t feel at home In your house its just bricks and glass Looks like the other ones I just walked past How should I find my home when there’s a million of them Same red bricks same furbishment So I’ll keep walking for a little while Until I’ll find a place I wanna spend the life --------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for watching my video :) I'm a Danish girl who wants to become a musician.
