Click here - https://roxychowdown.com/ Roxy's Delicious Jamaican Escovitch Fish Recipe: 3 large Red Snappers 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 2.5 cups cooking oil scotch bonnet pepper (to taste) 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1. Wash & season the fish with salt, black pepper, scotch bonnet pepper and garlic. 2. Fry each side of the fish for 8 minutes (total cooking time 16 minutes). 3.
