This video has annotations It can be hard to find the perfect feather that's the right size, shape, and color for your costume. It's a lot easier to just make your own! Craft foam is cheaper and more durable than real feathers. This feather is made from 2mm foam and took about 10 minutes. You'll need a pointed tool for the texturing. Anything will do as long as it's not so sharp that it cuts the foam.
