Another day of finding great stuff at this old place metal detecting. We started out on the hillside behind the cellar hole to see what may have been lost that we could find. Bam ! within minutes a suspender, 1700s dandy button and musket ball. We knew we were in for another great day of relic hunting. But beyond the relics more coins including large coppers and silver....wow ! This old deserted farm has all kinds of old stuff buried in the ground and with a couple hundred years of history the spectrum of finds is great. We guess it had been deserted sometime around 1900 with what we have been finding as well as coins people have dropped on their travels down the old dirt road.
