We had a little rainfall which helped raise the water levels so myself and a group of packrafters could run the Dosewallips River on the Olympic Peninsula. This is a Class II/III run with the opportunity for Class IV if you go a little past the put-in. This is an absolutely beautiful river to packraft or kayak, and I highly recommend it. We also got treated to a herd of elk walking across the river in front of us (shows how shallow the water is).
