The dye ratio used in this red dye video is 1/8th teaspoon of the Keda Red Solvent Based Dye to 4 ounces of lacquer thinner. The weight of this 1/8th tsp volume comes to about an estimated 1.00 gram of the 30 gram bottle of Red wood dye. Keda Dye also offers a (5) color liquid dye variety pack, also called The Keda Dye Kit, as well as the individual solvent dye colors. I also cannot say this ratio will work with other wood dyes, so more wood dye may be required for other wood dye brands.
