What Works for You | My Cancer Vlog | 20 Years ago today | Acute Myeloid Leukemia

This was a BAD Day and I was so weak I could barely get out of bed. 20 years later this day still stands out as a day that was frustrating, humbling and when I needed help. Today I workout to stay strong and I had an awesome workout session today but I know that when people recover from being injured, ill or after cancer that we need to take it day-by-day, doing what we can each and every day. It is my hope that my cancer vlog with acute myeloid leukemia connects to the people who need inspiration and hope. There were days I wanted to give up and my leukemia story vlog is a peak into 20 years ago when I was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. My treatment including the good days, bad days, worse days and the humor we infused throughout. Then fast forward to today. My ordinary life that is extraordinary. This doesn't mean all of my days are happy and sunny, it doesn't even mean that I appreciate every day though I should. It means that I'm at a point where my cancer journey is a part of me rather than it defined me. With Love, Beth
