I walked in Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, to discover some of the best tastes of the Nepali food culture. I started with the famous Dhal Bhat that everyone loves in Nepal and considers as a national dish. Then I started a journey in different places of the city, trying to show the diversity of food, according to the fact that number of different ethnies are present in Nepal. That creates a variety of food, way to cook, different approach. Of course I know it’s difficult to show all the different foods.
