PRODIGY BOWLERS TOUR -- 2022 KCO September Division 5

PRODIGY BOWLERS TOUR Episode 130 2022 Kansas City Open September Tournament Division 5 Championship Round Recorded September 11, 2022 For release September 29, 2022 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ PRODIGY BOWLERS TOUR is back with the second episode we recorded on 9/11 at Olathe Lanes East. It's the Championship Round of the 2022 Kansas City Open September Scholarship Points Tournament. The Kansas City Open features five Divisions, and so far, in each of our previous bowlcasts brining you action from the Kansas City Open, we've featured Division 1, the elite players with 200+ averages. But today, we're bringing you a completely different side of youth bowling. This show features the kids in Division 5, players with entering averages of 139 and lower. In my opinion, this side of junior bowling rarely gets the attention it deserves. But as anyone who has come up through the ranks of any youth bowling program will tell you, it's an important developmental phase of youth bowling. While the skills may not yet be fully developed with these kids, their passion for competition and their drive to win is no less intense. To contribute to our GoFundMe campaign to help us crowdsource the funding for the purchase of a second camera platform so we can bring you two shows each month from the higher perch you've grown used to seeing in our videos (today's show is shot from ground level, not the higher perspective, so you'll see a few shots where the player blocks out your view of the pins), please visit our GoFundMe campaign and contribute. We just ask that you DON'T POST SPOILERS. (They'll be removed.) And if you have criticisms for the kids you see bowling on the show, we just ask that you remember that the mission of PRODIGY BOWLERS TOUR is to "Celebrate Junior Bowling and Elevate Junior Bowlers." So please be helpful, not hurtful. If all you have to say is to insult or diss any of the kids seen on the show, your comment will be deleted. (And yes, we monitor comments closely.)
