As you may know I have IBS... I thought I would share some more details of what it is like living with IBS today. I've had IBS for a very long time now and I am not over exaggerating when I say that IBS has been life changing for me - not in a positive way either! It is something that I really have to deal with on a daily basis and you never quite know what it's going to be like from day to day. It affects my mood, my relationships, eating and drinking out, my job. I definitely do just get on with it; so many people have no idea what I am going through. I'm sure lots of you guys also have to deal with IBS on a regular basis, so please share your stories in the comments below. & if you are a doctor watching/reading this... no IBS is NOT 'just IBS' it really is rubbish & dehabilitating.
