(Even though Minthara acknowledges your 'distraction for the night' if you talk to her before clicking the bedroll) Patch 2/3 - This is how Astarion's Act 1 romance scene goes when you side with the goblins. Why are they so extra sweaty in this version? I did cut out the follow up conversation about Cazador in the morning since there weren't any differences between the goblin/tiefling versions. You can catch the Pre-Bite version in the video linked above for a few dialogue changes compared to the Post-Bite version.
